On Veterans Day, students in the foods and nutrition classes learned about the chemical reaction that occurs when water is added to MRE heater bags, activating the chemicals to create heat. They sampled MREs in class today. Michael, who is committed to serving in the U. S. Army, said his favorite is the cheese tortellini in tomato sauce. Thank you to our veterans and to Michael for his commitment.
