The Eastern IL Food bank will be in town on Monday, February 26th. If you plan to attend and have never attended an EIF distribution, we encourage you to visit www.eifclient.com to pre-register. Please note, pre-registering is not required and does not reserve a spot in line. Those attending should bring boxes, bags, or carts to transport food.

Raffle Basket reminder
7th and 8th grade parents: We are taking donations for our grade level raffle baskets to be raffled off at the Annual Fun Night. You can send in monetary donations or can purchase from the Walmart registries.
Track practice starts Monday. Please turn in track packets and physical forms to the office or to Mrs. Cool. ALL athletes must put their track bags in locker rooms on Monday. NO bags should be in hallways or classrooms.
We are looking for students who would want to hop on a Google Meet from Mrs. Carpenter’s office and read a book to the BHES students on our Read Across America Day (March 4th). If you are interested in doing this, shoot Mrs. Carpenter an email (acarpenter@bismarck.k12.il.us) ASAP and let her know what time(s) you are available that day. She has books you can choose from, or you can bring your own favorite picture book to read. It should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on the book. Thanks!
