Happy Birthday Victor Hasty !! 

Congratulations to Ryker Dieu, Jaxon Spicer and Jordan Kin for qualifying for state . We also have Brielle Powell in high jump, Haileigh Bright in Discuss and the 7th Grade 4x100 team of Jazlin Ingram, Lettie Martin, Reece Larsen and Brielle Powell qualifying for the state track meet. They will participate Friday and Saturday in East Peoria.

Student of the Month-May 

5th-Nolan Flessner

Nolan works hard on every assignment, shows kindness to others, and always does what is asked of him. Nolan is very quiet during class but his personality truly comes out when is working with others. Nolan shows great teamwork skills and has been a fantastic student to have in class all year. Keep up the great work, Nolan! 

Karley Blankenship-Karley is our student of the month because of her diligence and sweet spirit. Karley has improved academically throughout the year, and her hard work has truly paid off. Karley also cares for others and would do anything to help. Finish strong, Karley and keep up the great work ! 

6th Grade- Adrianna Whorrall-Adrianna has had a wonderful school year ! She has adapted seamlessly to changes in her schedule. Although quiet, Adrianna pays very close attention in class. She is a good friend to her classmates and has a great sense of humor. Good Luck next year! We are proud of you Adrianna ! 

7th- Griffin Daulton- Griffin is always engaged in every class he is in. He brings a lot to the learning environment and is always polite to his teachers. He looks out for other kids in the class that may be struggling and is always willing to assist in their learning. 

8th- Khloey Farina- Khloey is a hard worker. She always wants to do the best she can and won't settle for less. She asks questions when she is uncertain. She is always prepared for classes, and her work is always completed on time. If she doesn't know ahead of time of an absence, she always asks for makeup work immediately upon returning. She is responsible and gets makeup work submitted in a timely manner.

Jaxon Spicer - Jaxon is kind hearted and hard working. He asks questions when he doesn’t understand assignments and diligently works to be successful. He is always prepared for class, assignments are completed on time, and his chromebook is always charged. He is kind to his peers and his teachers, and he is always on time.

Any 8th Grader interested in trying out for the dance 24/25 Devilette Tryouts - This packet is required and needs to be turned in by April 29th, 2024

Mark your calendars for Carle Sports Physical being held at BHRA on May 23rd, 2024. You will need this packet filled out and signed in all parent/guardian spots to be seen.  This physical does NOT fulfill the IL State Physical Requirements for students entering K, 6th, and 9th grades.
