  • Congratulations to the boys and girls track teams for their big wins at the Watseka multi meet last night! The girls will have no practice today. Be ready to go to Rockville at Park Heritage for Monday nights meet, Coach Kentner will send out the meet list on Sunday evening for the girls.

  • Congratulations to our new FFA officer team for the 24-25 school year! Maya McCool is our president, Maddy Dillon is Vice President, Cami Carpenter is Reporter, Kandace Behrends is Treasurer, Madison Heidrick is Secretary, Alex Wombles is Sentinel and Gunnar Sroufek is Historian! Congratulations and good luck to everyone!

  • Sophomores interested in being a prom page, please see or email Kelly Meeker (kmeeker@bismarck.k12.il.us).

  • Mark your calendars for Carle Sports Physical being held at BHRA on May 23rd, 2024.  You will need this packet filled out and signed in all parent/guardian spots to be seen.  This physical does NOT fulfill the IL State Physical Requirements for students entering K, 6th, and 9th grades.  

    • 8:30am - Elementary Students

    • 8:45am - JH Students

    • 9:30am - BHRA Students

  • Cubs Trip:  If you are interested in signing up for the Cubs Game trip on May 3rd, please do so by Friday (12th).  If you have questions, contact Mrs. Gray.

  • If you are interested in attending the Future Teacher Conference on May 1st from 7:30am-12:30pm, please see the flier here.  You can sign up and turn your permission slip in to Mrs. Stephens office.

  • The Post Prom Committee is looking for donations for Post Prom Prizes.  Check out their Amazon wishlist and help where you can.  Thank you!!

  • Girls basketball meeting - Thursday 4/11 during advisory in the Team Room

  • Prom Information!

    • Tickets are $20/each and will be sold April 19th-April 26th during lunches and before school.

    • Date request forms are REQUIRED for any student that is NOT a current BHRA student.  These need to be turned in by Tuesday, April 23rd.  Get them turned in early!  A copy of a photo id needs to be turned in with these forms.

  • Spring Athletic Pictures are up!

  • 24/25 Cheer Tryouts - This packet is required and needs turned in by April 8th, 2024

  • Seniors who are interested in attending DACC after graduation will have the opportunity to attend DACC Registration Day on April 23rd. If students are considering attending DACC, I encourage them to sign up for this event. Students will have an orientation, get registered for classes, tour the campus, and have an opportunity to meet with TRIO and Financial Aid. Must sign up by April 15th. Sign Up

  • Reminder!  If your student will not be attending school for the day, please make sure you call the office and let us know.  Please call us by 9am each day your student is absent.  You must call each day your student is absent.  (Students may not call themselves in, it must be a parent/guardian).  

  • Chromebook cases, styluses, and chargers for sale in the office.  Styluses are $30 and chargers are $35.  Cases are $20 new and $10 used.

  • Athletic Passes on sale now.  Individual $60 and Family $124 (includes all members of 1 household).  Send cash or check to Jenny with a list of all members in the household if purchasing a family pass.
