  • DUE ASAP Senior Pictures!  Please submit your HEADSHOT senior pictures to Mrs. Post.  Due to quality issues, do not submit photos that have been screenshotted or downloaded from social media pages.  Email them to kpost@bismarck.k12.il.us.  Deadline is December 20th.


Announcements

  • Today starts the non-winter sports girls track work out. We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday in January and February to get ready for track season. Please meet tonight in the gym lobby of the high school for a workout. Workouts will last from 3 o'clock to 415. Let's get ready! Coach Kentner.

  • Softball meeting in Miss Andrews’s room Tuesday 1/7/25 during advisory.

  • Schedule changes may be done the first 5 school days of the semester.  This means all requests must be made by Friday, January 10th.  Please fill out this form to request a change (paper copies available on the table outside the office).

  • FAFSA Completion Night: There is a county wide FAFSA Completion Night on Wednesday January 15th starting at 5:30 PM. It will be held in the cafeteria at Armstrong Township High School.

  • We need pictures for the yearbook!  Please help us!  Download the app Yearbook Snap and search for BHRA.  The access code you need is BlueDevils2425.  Upload any and all pictures from school events that we can use for the yearbook.  Thank you!!!

Announcements from Mrs. Stephens Website - Weekly Updates for Juniors and Seniors

  • New DACC Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program - Application

  • Free for students, they get paid $14.50 to attend the program! 

  • Next cohort will start in January (after that, August) 

  • Students are required to interview, the sooner they fill out the application the better! 

  • Students must be 18 with a high school diploma to participate.

Additional Information:

  • The styluses for the new Chromebooks have increased in price and are a $43 cost to the school.  This means if you need to purchase a replacement, it will be $43.  Charger replacements are still $35. Styluses are here!

  • Reminder!  If your student will not be attending school for the day, please make sure you call the office and let us know.  Please call us by 9am each day your student is absent.  You must call each day your student is absent.  (Students may not call themselves in, it must be a parent/guardian).  

  • Athletic Passes on sale now.  Individual $60 and Family $124 (includes all members of 1 household).  Send cash or check to Jenny with a list of all members in the household if purchasing a family pass.
