  • Pink Night shirt order deadline is TODAY!  Order yours today!

  • Softball open gym Sunday 1/23 at 4:00pm

  • The Key Club is helping at the Danville National Cemetery this Saturday by helping to pick up wreaths from the Wreaths Across America event.  Volunteers need to be there by 10:45am to get instructions on how the event is running.  If you are able to help, please let Mr. Beukelman know.  Thank you!

  • Key Clubbers:  There will be a meeting during Advisory on Thursday, 20 January, in Mr. Beukelman's room.  We will be discussing a couple of upcoming events.  Make sure to check in with your Advisory teacher before coming down.  See you there!

  • County Tournament Theme Nights

    • Wednesday - Red Carpet Ready

    • Thursday - Bring the Heat against the Storm - Hawaiian/Tropical

    • Friday/Saturday - Ultimate Blue Devil Pride

  • Thursday during advisory period, the cheerleaders will be working with students who are coming to competition Saturday.  Check in with your advisory teacher first, then head down to the Wilcox Gym.  Competition is Saturday – doors open at 9am and competition begins at 10am.

  • The DACC Foundation Scholarship application is now open and will close March 7th. Seniors will be meeting with Mrs. Tonya Hill from the foundation next Thursday the 13th to receive instructions for completing the application. Juniors who plan to take dual enrollment courses AT DACC next year (not at BHRA - Rhet, Calc, Western Civ where tuition is waived) or plan to graduate early and attend DACC in the spring of 2023 should also complete the application.

  • When testing to return to school, only PCR tests are accepted.  Rapid (antigen tests) are not valid.

  • **Updated Quarantine Guidelines as of 1/7/22** - The Illinois State Board of Education has adopted the new CDC guideline for positive COVID-19 cases. The number of days a positive case must remain in isolation has been reduced from 10 days to 5 days.

Additional Information:

  • Reminder!  If your student will not be attending school for the day, please make sure you call the office and let us know.  Please call us by 9am each day your student is absent.  (Students may not call themselves in, it must be a parent/guardian).  You need to call us each day they are out.

  • Students may not attend school if they are experiencing any of the potential COVID-19 symptoms:  Fever of 100.4 or higher, NEW ONSET of a moderate or severe headache, shortness of breath, NEW cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, NEW loss of taste or smell, fatigue from unknown cause, and muscle or body aches from unknown cause.  If the student or someone in their household is waiting on COVID-19 test results, please do NOT send them to school until results come back negative.

  • Chromebook cases, styluses, and chargers for sale in the office.  Styluses are $30 and chargers are $25.  Cases are $20 new and $10 used.

  • Athletic Passes on sale now.  Individual $60 and Family $124 (includes all members of 1 household).  Send cash or check to Jenny with a list of all members in the household if purchasing a family pass.
