Fuzzy Friday class award winners!
Along with our Warm Fuzzies, we awarded students with YEAR LONG perfect attendance! What an accomplishment! ☺️
We had some talented singers at Fuzzy Friday! Rowdy had the crowd going! Kindergarten sang You’ve Got a Friend in Me to their 4th grade buddies, and 4th grade sang A Million Dreams to the rest of the school! What a fun day celebrating a fun group!
Kindergarten avoided the rain and enjoyed a field trip at Kennekuk today! Ms. Susan taught us about animals that live in our county, we had a nature scavenger hunt, ate a picnic lunch, and played at the park! What a great day to be in K!
First grade is so excited to be learning about the butterfly life cycle!

Third grade had fun at the symphony and the park!
1st Graders read books to earn the parts of a pizza. They celebrated their accomplishments with a pizza party where they made and ate their own pizzas. They also participated in some pizza-making relay races.
4th grade enjoyed their time in Springfield today!
Our kindergarten friends had the most special visitors! Grandmas and Grandpas came and spent the morning listening to our songs, eating snacks, and making a special craft! 💙

Kindergarten & 1st Lunch Shift: 11:00 - 11:30 am
2nd, 3rd, & 4th Grade Lunch Shift: 11:45 - 12:15 pm
All visitors will check in behind the school at the East end of the building upon arrival. You are welcome to stay for the Laura K. Girton Fun Run. The dedication will begin at 12:45 with the race beginning at 1.
Restrooms will be available for guests by entering through the East doors. The restrooms in this area are the only restrooms available to you during this event. Please do not enter any other area of the school.

If you have a child that will be attending BHES next year for kindergarten, we need you to come register. Please stop by our office 9am-2pm Monday through Friday to register your kindergartener. Thank you! We look forward to meeting you.
