3/7/22 - 6th Grade Student of the Week is Oven Drude - Owen is a pleasure to have in class. He always participates and works extremely hard! Owen has recently had some changes in his schedule that has required him to tackle a larger workload. Without a hiccup, he managed his time, effort and kept his grades up. Way to go Owen!

3/7/22 - 5th Grade Student of the Week - Abby Gnaden - Abby is a hardworking, kind student. She is always smiling, and trying her best. If she sees a fellow classmates struggling, she tries her best to help them. Her positive and bubbly personality is infectious, and it’s hard not to smile when you are around her. I have enjoyed having her in class this year.

The BHJH girls did a great job in their badminton unit. We finished it up a few weeks ago, but I wanted to still recognize the winners for the singles and doubles tournament. Mrs. Jameson is proud of everyone's hard work. Keep it up!

2/28/2022 - 8th Grade Student of the Week - Aleah Potter - Aleah is one of our best students at BHJH. She gets along with everyone in the building and is always so nice to her peers. She is respectful, hardworking, and a leader others can look up to. I am glad she ran cross country this year, along with volleyball, and track is next. Expect her to be a tough competitor in the distance events this spring. Awesome job Aleah!

This was the count when we left school on Thursday -- the final day to donate microwave popcorn or money will be Tuesday 2/22/22 with a 2:30pm cutoff time. You can bring microwave popcorn or a donation to the Boys Regional Game at BHRA on Saturday at 6pm, or bring it Tuesday to the school by 2:30pm. Will Mr. Campbell be wearing Cubs gear for a day or will Mr. Rademacher have to wear Cardinals gear for a day. The race is tight! (Cubs/Cardinal day will be Monday, February 28th). All donations go to a great cause, Bismarck Blessings, for their weekend food backpacks.
